Go to Settings > Connections in your dashboard. Click 'Connect' next to any platform and follow the OAuth flow. You'll be redirected to the platform to authorize PostSMore—we never see or store your password.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Social media tokens are encrypted at rest, and our database uses Row Level Security to ensure you only access your own data. We're SOC 2 compliant and regularly audit our security practices.
Yes! You have full control. Go to Settings > Connections and click 'Disconnect' for any platform. Your access token is immediately revoked, and we delete it from our systems. You can also revoke access directly from each platform's settings.
We request only the minimum permissions needed: ability to post content, read your profile information (for display), and manage your posts. We never request access to your private messages, contacts, or sensitive data beyond what's needed for scheduling.
No. Your content is never used to train any AI models. When you generate content with AI, your prompts are sent to the AI provider, processed, and the response is returned to you. We don't store prompts or generated content beyond what you save to your account.
You can configure your preferred AI provider in Settings > AI Configuration. By default, we use OpenRouter which intelligently routes to the best available model. You can also set specific API keys for direct access to Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI.
If a post fails to publish, we'll notify you immediately with the error details. Common issues include expired tokens (easily fixed by reconnecting) or platform-specific limits. Your content is never lost—it stays in your calendar as a draft for retry.
Yes! Team members can connect their personal social accounts for publishing. Workspace admins can see which accounts are connected (but not access tokens) and manage permissions for who can publish to which accounts.
